Returns Policy: If you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you have likely already ordered a product or are considering ordering a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Isle Publish customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know... In all scenarios below, our policies last for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you an exchange, return or refund. ​ Damaged Goods or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, faulty or you have received an item different to the one ordered, please inform us via email or contact form on our website at your very earliest convenience, and we will be happy organise to replace, exchange, or fully refund the item for you as swiftly as humanly possible. Items Ordered in Error / Change of Mind: We take considerable time and effort to ensure that our product descriptions and images are an accurate reflection of the product you will receive, but we do appreciate that sometimes we all change our minds or make the occasional error. In the event that you have ordered something in error (wrong size etc.) or simply changed your mind, we ask that you email us within 14 days of your purchase. We will be happy to replace, exchange or issue a store credit/gift card to the value of the item, subject to the item being in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping costs in the return of your item. All original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any store credit issued where appropriate. Exclusions: We are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds for Gift Cards or Artwork you have commissioned Isle Publish to produce exclusively for you. The above terms do not affect your statutory rights.

All of our prints are from a vintage original oil painting. These paintings are a range of sizes and in order to preserve the integrity of the original painting it is not possible to resize to fit all standard sizes.

We use responsibly sourced wood for stretcher bars to make our canvas prints, ensuring a long-lasting and high-quality product. All wood used is FSC-certified or equivalent depending on your country - it is better for the people and the planet. The slim canvas has an approximately 2cm /0.8" thick wood stretcher bar and comes with hanging hardware included for easy installation. We use coated fabric, a blend of cotton and polyester, for our canvas substrate. This provides a weight of approximately 300-350gsm/110-130lb cover and a thickness of 350-400 microns, giving you a sturdy and durable print.​​

Our framed prints are heavy-weight matt paper is 200 gsm / 80 lb and has a natural, smooth uncoated finish that feels luxurious to the touch. The frames are made from pine and come in 4 colours: black, white, natural wood, and dark brown wood. They are 20-25mm /0.79"-0.98" thick and 10-14mm /0.4"-0.6" wide, providing the perfect balance of durability and style. To keep your print looking its best, we use shatterproof, transparent plexiglass to protect it from damage. We include hanging hardware with every order, making it easy to hang the frame in both horizontal and vertical orientations. The print is ready-to-hang as it is delivered within the frame so it is ready to be hung directly on the wall. ​All wood and paper used are FSC-certified or equivalent depending on your country - it is better for the people and the planet.​

We have chosen to adopt a flat rate of shipping so that you can buy as many products on our website and only pay one rate of shipping. Our shipping rates are as follows: UK - £12.50 Channel Islands - £20.00 Europe - £15.00 USA and Australia - £15.00 New Zealand and Canada - £25.00 To ensure your products arrive in pristine condition, we ship our prints in robust protective packaging and strong boxes.
